1) Current USA Lacrosse Membership - must be valid through June 30, 2025

2) Register as a coach with Gainesville Youth Lacrosse (www.brigadelax.org)

3) Background Check Green Light - (This will done as part of your USA Lacrosse Membership as a Coach)

4) Concussion Course - NEW FOR 2025 - The Concussion Course may alo be done through USA Lacrosse as part of your membership as a Coach.  

• This course must be completed between January 1, 2025 and February 15, 2025.
• Upon completion, please upload your certification of completion via this online form.  

5) NVYLL Code of Conduct (Register as a head or assistant coach and you will 'check out' when completing the Code of Conduct). You have to add to the cart as if you are making an online purchase, but really just reading and acknowledging the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League Code of Conduct. 

6) Current Certificaiton of Abuse Prevention training via US Lacrosse website   This should be completed as part of your USA Lacrosse membership as a Coach.  

7) Review Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League (NVYLL) Rules

8)  Boys' and girls' virtual rules interpretation on 23-Feb.  The boys' session will start at 9:00 AM and the girls' session will start at 10:45 AM (this should be evident on the registration screen). All Coaches must registered and attending the appropriate presentation:
