Fall Lacrosse consists of weekly Sunday skills clinics which run from early September through the end of October.   Players are grouped by the NVYLL age bracket which they will play in during the next Spring season.  8U - 14U players wear full pads & gear.

2024 Fall Clinics Schedule: Sundays, September 8, 15, 22, 29; October, 6, 20, 27

•  9:00a - 10:30a: 12U & 14U (Gainesville Middle School)
• 10:30a - 12:00p: 8U & 10U (Gainesville Middle School)

Note: October 6th is tentatively scheduled for the American Boys tournament and clinics.  Once the final date is released, we will be canceling Brigade clinics on the corresponding day and encourage families to attend.   

Fall Brigade "Scooper Squad" runs clinic-style introductory sessions for 6U players, ages 4-6. These players participate in drills and activities aimed at building fundamental skills and instilling a love of the game.   The only gear requirement is a lacrosse stick, with gloves being optional but recommended.

Gainesville Youth Lacrosse is participating in the Fall Beltway Boys Box lacrosse league.  Boys will play with 4x4 Goals, Goalie Equipment, Certified WALOA Officials, 30 Second Shot Clocks. Strict Man Ball Rules to prevent unsafe play.  Limited body contact per canadian box lacrosse rules for 8U & 10U, Stick checks and moving picks will be allowed. 12U & 14U will use NLL RULES.  Note: We expect to fill full Brigade teams at 10U and 12U, and plan to combine with Beltway to field teams at 8U and 14U.
